Chairman Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M. Manninen Supervisor M. Tomczak attended the meeting via conference call.  All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance. 
 
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Chairman Kec moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor Tomczak, all voting aye the motion carried.
 
Minutes – The minutes for the May regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor Tomczak moved to approve the minutes, second by Chairman Kec, all voting aye motion carried.
 
Treasurer Deana Callais read Treasurer’s report.

Chairman Kec moved to accept the claims and pay them in full, seconded by Supervisor Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.
 
Old Business –
 
PPSSD – Supervisor Stegmeir was not in attendance to report at this meeting.
 
Community Sewer – A meeting was held on May 22nd to check on the progress that the committee has made in contacting residents or taking calls from residents with questions after receiving their letters.  John asked the members if they have had any calls or contact with property owners on their lists.  Don Breneman said no one has called him yet.  Jeff Krueger had three calls and these property owners all seemed positive for the project.  Lee Herseth has had no calls but has spoken with a few property owners and the ones he has spoken to all seem to be on board.  Area F seems to have the number of votes that it would take to get things going.  All other committee members will get their information to John for our next meeting on the 26th of June.  We hope to get petitions out by the end of June.
 
Roads – Supervisor Tomczak reported that she asked the county to regrade Northern Lights Road.
 
Community Center – Chiarman Kec will ask TJ Sather to look at the water line regarding installing a new filter.
 
New Business - None
 
Supervisor Tomczak made motion to adjourn meeting, Chiarman Kec seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.

Chairman Kec opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Supervisor J. Stegmeir, Supervisor M. Tomczak, Treasurer D. Callais and Clerk M. Manninen along with two guests, Bob DeGross the Superintendent of VNP and St. Louis County Commissioner Paul McDonald.  All attending recited the Pledge of Allegiance. 
 
Agenda – The agenda was reviewed, Supervisor Stegmeir moved to approve the agenda moving New Business up to the Public Comment Period, seconded by Chairman Kec, all voting aye the motion carried.
 
Minutes – The minutes for the April regular meeting were reviewed. Supervisor Stegmeir moved to approve the minutes, second by Supervisor Tomczak, all voting aye motion carried.

New Business –
 
County Commissioner Paul McDonald spoke on his past teaching experiences and work leading up to becoming commissioner.  He asked if the audience had any questions or concerns.   Supervisors J. Stegmeir and L. Kec voiced concerns and discussed what they would like to see happen in our area. 
 
Old Business –
 
PPSSD – Supervisor Stegmeir reported that the valve issue has been resolved the work being done by Viitas Excavating Inc. . 
 
Community Sewer – Supervisor Stegmeir reported that the letters have been sent out to residents in specific areas along the lakeshore.  A meeting is to be held on May 22nd to check on the progress that the committee has made in contacting residents or taking calls from residents with questions after receiving their letters.
 
Roads – Nothing to report at this time.  Supervisor J. Stegmeir would like to see a recreational trail committee put together.
 
Community Center – Chairman Tomczak will contact Mark Worthman for an additional filter on the water system.  Supervisor Kec fixed the problem with the urinal in the men’s restroom.
 
 
Supervisor Stegmeir made motion to adjourn meeting, Supervisor Tomczak seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
