Old Business –

PPSSD – Supervisor J Stegmeir has put together documents to send to the members for their 2020 statements.

Community Sewer Project – Supervisor J Stegmeir discussed with the board the information he received from Township Attorney Robert Ruppe regarding the reverse referendum that will take place in May.  The board has many questions that Supervisor Stegmeir will take back to Mr. Ruppe for answers and this will be discussed again at the February 4, 2020 board meeting.  There was a meeting for the new sewer districts in December but only three committee members called.  Supervisor Stegmeir stated that he discussed what information he had to date on the reverse referendum.  There is another meeting set up for March 2020.  Supervisor Stegmeir will be sending out letters to the residents of State Point informing them of the upcoming referendum vote to take place in May 2020.

Roads –  There was nothing new at this time.  There is a possibility of a SLC strike that could affect the township road snow plowing.  Supervisor Stegmeir will contact G House to see if he has the equipment that could take care of plowing those roads of necessary.

Community Center – Nothing new at this time.

New Business –

Supervisor M Tomczak made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Supervisor J Stegmeir seconded, all voting aye motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
Mary Manninen, Clerk
